How to read what FirstPick gives you. This page is FirstPick's Legal Notice: it expands the line you see in our footer and at the foot of every report, and it holds the industry-specific disclosures that supplement our Terms.

Directional, never a promise

Everything FirstPick reports is directional. We measure how often AI assistants name your business and show that as trends and ranges over time. A directional estimate, shown as a range, never a promise. We never guarantee rankings or results. AI answers change constantly and are not deterministic, so we report rates measured over repeated samples, not a single fixed result.

No guaranteed rankings or results

We never promise that you will rank first, appear in a specific answer, or reach any particular position. We do not claim that a step you take caused a change you see. We show what the data indicates, directionally, and leave the decisions to you.

Not medical or legal advice

FirstPick is a marketing-visibility tool. Nothing we provide is medical advice, legal advice, or medical advertising advice. For regulated practices such as med spas and dental offices, we do not ingest or store treatment or patient data, and any copy we draft stays at the level of thanking someone for visiting your business. You are responsible for confirming that what you publish meets the rules for your profession.

Generated marketing copy for regulated businesses, including med spas and cosmetic dentistry, may be subject to FTC rules and to state advertising and health-claim regulations. Do not publish an objective claim about treatment results, safety, efficacy, superiority, credentials, devices, or health benefits unless you have competent substantiation and have confirmed the claim is permitted in your jurisdiction. Our automated claim-risk filter is a convenience, not a compliance determination.

Washington-specific health data disclosure

FirstPick does not collect consumer health data. Washington users are geofenced from the Service, and the Service is designed not to collect health data. Meridian Data LLC does not represent that Washington's My Health My Data Act applies to the Service.

We never access your systems

We do not connect to your website, booking tool, CRM, point-of-sale, email, or phone, and we never hold your credentials or post on your behalf. FirstPick reads public data and the details you enter, then hands you artifacts to use as you see fit.

Estimates are ranges, not certainties

Any revenue-at-risk or opportunity figure we show is a directional estimate presented as a range. It is meant to help you weigh where to focus, not to predict an exact outcome. Treat it as a range to reason with, never as a promise of money gained or lost.
